Are Demeter Fragrances natural or synthetic?
Demeter uses a blend of natural and synthetic ingredients to achieve the most accurate 'single note' representations of everyday scents. Over 95% of our ingredients are derived from natural sources, such as corn-based alcohol, and we never use synthetic colors, phthalates, or parabens.
How long do the fragrances typically last?
Because we focus on linear, single-note scents without complex fixatives, our Colognes typically last between 2 to 4 hours. For a longer-lasting experience, we recommend layering your scent with our matching body lotions or perfume oils.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your scent. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on full-sized bottles within 30 days of purchase, provided they are at least 95% full. Please note that sample sizes and 'Pick-Your-Own' sets are final sale.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, Demeter is proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, and all of our fragrance products are vegan-friendly, containing no animal-derived ingredients.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders usually process within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their scents sooner.
Can I layer different Demeter scents together?
Absolutely! Our fragrances are designed to be linear and simple, making them perfect for 'Scent Layering.' You can combine two or more Demeter scents directly on your skin to create a unique, personalized fragrance profile.
