The Scent: A pleasant, sweet wine like scent that is balanced by the citrus of the lime juice.

The Inspiration: This was inspired by a terrific film from early 70s with Elaine May called A New Leaf. May's character, a wealthy wacky botanist says to a wine connoisseur: "Have you ever had Extra Heavy Malaga Wine and Lime Juice? It's called a Malaga Cooler and every year is good." Well, we couldn't resist creating this one. So, here it is, and it is very, very pleasant too, the sweet wine balanced by the citrus of the lime juice.
