At Demeter Fragrance, we want you to love your scent experience; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened or lightly used products within 30 days of purchase.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the bottles are secure to prevent leakage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department, clearly marking your RMA number on the outside of the box.

Processing and Refund

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
